Dear costumers 

For all made reservations you must pay a deposit equal the price of one night. The deposit has to be transfered in our account within 3 working days after confirmation. Failing on your part to comply with this deadline, the reservation will be considered as canceled. 
 Within 24 hours after arrival at the hotel, guests are required to pay the full price of the requested booking. Upon leaving before the agreed date, the hotel does not owe compensation for the rest of  the booking.
